First, pick your starting country. For this plague type, you can be successful with almost any starting country.

My recommended starting countries are: USA, China, Saudi Arabia, UK, Iraq.

You have now infected patient 0! Only a couple billion people more to go.

Start off your plague by focusing on infectivity. Use your dna points to buy water 1, air 1 & coughing.

Once you have infected a couple thousand people, use your dna points again to buy water 2, and air 2.

Also buy: sneezing. This will help your plague to spread.

From here on you want to infect the entire world. To help do this, I recommend saving for the following:

• Cold Resistance I
• Blood I & II
• Insects I

Watch the Cure!

To slow down the cure, you will need to use abilities such as genetic hardening and genetic reshuffle. This will help you take back time to infect the world.

How To Kill:

• Evolve symptoms. These will unlock more deadly symptoms.
• The most effective symptom is Necrosis. It increases infectivity and kills.
• Organ Failure, Coma & Insanity kill very effectively.
• Kill the world population before they can finish the cure.
